INSTRUCTIONS:

Undergraduates: Submit the following: 1) this application, submitted online; 2) your transcripts of all undergraduate work completed and in progress; 3) two faculty recommendation forms; 4) answers to the short/essay answer questions.

High School students: Submit the following: 1) this application, submitted online; 2) your transcripts of all high school work completed and in progress; 3) one faculty recommendation forms (high school students need submit only one recommendation; the required teacher nomination, due Jan. 1, qualifies as the second recommendation); 4) answers to the short/essay answer questions.

All required forms are available in the application package (PDF) for high school students or undergraduate students .

Hard-copy materials (transcript, recommendations), must be received by the MDIBL Education Office by the deadline listed above.

Animal Models in Research*

Most research projects involve the use of animal models. Have you any reservations about working with living animals in laboratory settings using procedures which may involve invasive techniques and euthansia?
