Administrative Offices

MDIBL's administrative offices are housed in the Kingsley (north) section of the Kingsley-Smith building. The following offices and administrative departments are located in Kingsley-Smith:

• Office of the Administrative Director
• Office of the Associate Administrative Director
• Business Office
• Department of Development and Public Relations
• Office of the Director
• Education Department
• Information Technology

Kingsley-Smith also houses two conference rooms (Director's and Downer) and the MDIBL Library.

The following Lab-provided administrative services and/or equipment are located in the Kingsley-Smith building:

• Fax Machines (2)
• Photocopier/printer (2)
• Postage and express carrier mail station
• Package pick-up (on the loading dock)
• Office supplies
• Mount Desert Island information
