First Steel Delivery Arrives

With the foundation work complete and backfill in place, workers prepare to build the steel structure. Click for a larger image.

On April 25 the first of many steel deliveries arrived at MDIBL. Construction of the outer structure of the building will begin soon. A large crane, extending 90 feet into the air, will hoist beams into their spots, where workers on lifts will secure them to the structure.
