The Maine INBRE program Bioinformatics core supports access to DNA sequence analysis software. The DeCypher suite of tools from TimeLogic are publicly available and include BLAST and Smith-Waterman sequence similarity search tools; Hidden Markov model domain search tools; and ClustalW sequence alignment tools.
